Evoprtrea CET

Characteristic：

Evoprtrea CET is a biodegradable, wetting agent and detergent for removing hydrophobic impurities from cotton, regenerated fibres and synthetic fibres, and thus improving the absorbency of textiles during pretreatment operations.It is suitable for cellulosic fibres and their blends with synthetic fibres.

Nature：          Mixture of nonionic and anionic surfactants

Appearance：  Yellowish liquid

Ionicty：          Nonionic/Anionic

Solubility：      Easily soluble in water

pH value：       6.0-8.0

Characteristics：

1.Act as wetting agent and detergent to enhance the washing efficiency

2.No adverse effect on enzyme activity

3.Act as scouring agent to remove fiber impurities and degraded size in alkaline condition.

4.APEO free and environment friendly

Application：

1.Boiling-off：NaOH 100% 30-50g/L,Evoprtrea CET 4.0-10.0g/L,Impregnation temperature 20 - 80 °C,Liquor pick-up approx. 100% for Cotton/approx. 70% for PES/Cotton,Steaming temperature approx. 100-102 °C,Steaming time 60– 90 minutes

2.Desizing(pad-batch) ：Evoprtrea CET 4.0-10.0g/L,Impregnation temperature 60-70 °C,Liquor pick-up approx. 100% for Cootton/approx. 70% for PES/Cotton,Dwell time approx.18-24 hours,Washing off 80-90 °C

Storage：

If stored properly in its original sealed packaging the shelf life is at least 12 months.Storage temperature at 0- 40 °C will cause an increase of the color number.Once the package barrel is opened, it should be used as soon as possible, if not, please seal the left well.

According to the experience we have gained up to now and other information at our disposal, the product does not exert any harmful effects on health, provided that it is used properly, due attention is given to the precautions necessary for handling chemicals, and the information and advice given in our Safety Data Sheet are observed.。
