Evoprtrea OMG

Characteristic：

Evoprtrea OMG is a special,emulsifying wetting agent and detergent for removing oily, fatty and waxy impurities and improving the absorbency of textiles during pretreatment.

Nature：           Surfactant compound

Appearance：  Light yellow transparent liquid

Ionicty：          Anion/Non-ionic

Solubility：      Arbitrarily dissolve with water

pH (1g/L)：     5.0-7.0

Stability：        Stable in acidic and alkaline conditions

Characteristics：

Biodegradable, strongly emulsifying abilities

Application：

1.Slight oil stain：Evoprtrea OMG 1.0-2.0g/L,NaOH 100% 1.5-2.0g/L,Temperature 95-100℃,Time 45-60min

2.Heavy greasy dirt：Evoprtrea OMG 1.0-2.0g/L,NaOH 100% 1.5-2.0g/L,Temperature 95-100℃,Time 45-60min

3.Removing oil with dyeing：Evoprtrea OMG 1.0-2.0g/L,Disperse dye x%,Regulation of pH to 4.0-5.0 by HAC

4.Refining bath with bleaching：Liquor ratio 8:1 – 10:1,Evoprtrea OMG 1.0-2.0g/L,NaOH 100% 1.0 - 3.0 g/L,H2O2(30%) 4.0 – 8.0 g/L,Temperature 95 - 100℃,Time 30 - 60 min

Storage：

If stored properly in its original sealed packaging the shelf life is at least 12 months.Storage temperature at 0- 40 °C will cause an increase of the color number.Once the package barrel is opened, it should be used as soon as possible, if not, please seal the left well.
