Ecrobial AG

Characteristic：

EcrobialAG is an silver ion antibacterial finishing agent for textile, widely used in the antibacterial finishing process of all kinds of natural cotton, linen, silk, wool and synthetic fibers such as polyester, polypropylene and nylon, etc. It has strong inhibition for the growth and breeding of all kinds of micro bacterium which threaten human health and strong wash resistance.

Solubility：       Easily soluble in water

pH：                  6.0-7.0

Characteristics：

1.Excellent anti-bacteria and anti-bacteria property

2.It has a special mode of action and the drug resistance is very small

3.Non-toxic and non-stimulation

Application：

1.Paddin：Ecrobial AG 8.0-30.0g/L,Temperature about 25℃,Liquor pick up approx.80%，Dry at 80-100℃,Bcking at 160℃*60s

2.Dipping：Liquor ratio 8:1 – 10:1,Ecrobial AG 0.8-3.0%,Temperature about 25℃,Time 20-30min,Dry at 80-100℃,Bcking at 160℃*60s

Attention：1.Do not use with other cationic auxiliary.2.Try on small sample batch to confirm production method before mass production.

Storage：

If stored properly in its original sealed packaging the shelf life is at least 12 months.Storage temperature at 0- 40 °C will cause an increase of the color number.Once the package barrel is opened, it should be used as soon as possible, if not, please seal the left well.
