Ecrobial RC

Characteristic：

Ecrobial RC is an anti-bacterial agent. It is suitable for finishing cotton, and their blended fabrics, such as clothes, underwear, sheet, socks and etc. Fiber treated by Ecrobial RC has excellent in anti-bacterial and anti-odor. It is non-toxic to the human body and non-stimulation to the skin and formaldehyde-free.

Appearance：   Colorless transparent liquid

Ionicty：            Nonionic

Solubility：        Easily soluble in water

pH ：                   3.0-5.0

Characteristics：

3.Can reduce the odor by bacteria breeding, lasting fresh

Application：

1.Padding：Ecrobial RC 10.0-30.0g/L,pH value 6.0-9.0,Temperature about 25℃,Liquor pick up approx.80%

2.Dipping：Liquor ratio 8:1 – 10:1,Ecrobial RC 1.0-3.0%,Temperature 40-50℃,Time 20-30min

25 kg plastic drum

Storage：

If stored properly in its original sealed packaging the shelf life is at least 12 months.Storage temperature at 0- 40 °C will cause an increase of the color number.Once the package barrel is opened, it should be used as soon as possible, if not, please seal the left well.
