Evcare HOT

Characteristic:

Evcare HOT is a warm finishing agent. It can collect heat so that to improve the circle of blood. When people put on this treated cloth, he can feel the temperature rise up visibly. Evcare HOT is suitable for cotton, wool, natural fiber and their mixed fiber.

Nature:         Temperature control agent

Appearance: Colorless to light yellow liquid

Ionicty:         Nonionic

Solubility:     Easily soluble in water

pH :               5.0-7.0

Precautions: Processing fluorescent brightener-treated fabric should be checked before whether yellowed.

Application:

1.Padding:Evcare HOT 80.0-180.0g/L Temperature about 25℃ Liquor pick up approx.70-80% Dry at 100-130℃

2.Dipping:Liquor ratio 8:1 – 10:1 Evcare HOT 5.0-10.0% pH walue aoorox.6.0 Temperature 40-50℃ Time 20-30min Dry at 100-130℃

Storage:

If stored properly in its original sealed packaging the shelf life is at least 12 months.Storage temperature at 0- 40 °C will cause an increase of the color number.Once the package barrel is opened, it should be used as soon as possible, if not, please seal the left well.
