Evcare PCM

Characteristic：

Evcare PCM is a micro-capsule temperature control agent. It has constant phase inversion temperature. When room temperature is up to phase inversion temperature , Evcare PCM start to phase inversion, absorb or release temperature of fabric then make people feel comfortable. Evcare PCM is safe to body and environmental friendly. It’s suitable for underwear, shirt, bedding etc. The surface of treated fabric can keep temperature steady and make people feel comfortable.

Appearance：Milky white liquid

Ionicty：        Anionic

Solubility：    Easily soluble in water

pH ：              5.0-7.0

Application：

1.Padding：Evcare PCM 80.0-180.0g/L Temperature about 25℃ Liquor pick up approx.70-80% Dry at 80-100℃

2.Dipping：Liquor ratio 8:1 – 10:1 Evcare PCM 8.0-15.0% Temperature 40-50℃ Time 20-30min Dry at 80-100℃

25 kg plastic pail

Storage：

If stored properly in its original sealed packaging the shelf life is at least 12 months.Storage temperature at 0- 40 °C will cause an increase of the color number.Once the package barrel is opened, it should be used as soon as possible, if not, please seal the left well.
