Efunsion PLZ

Characteristic：

Flame retardant agent Efunsion PLZ is a new type environmental friendly and durable agent. It can resistant washing and suitable for polyester fiber,such as Carpet, curtain cloth, wallpaper cloth, sand release, toy cloth, car decoration, clothing, etc..

Nature：           Organic phosphorus derivative

Appearance：  Colorless to light yellow ropy liquid

Solubility：      Easily soluble in water

Characteristics：

1. The effectiveness of treated fabrics can be retained after 50 washes    2. Do not contain halogen    3. No influence on color shading, handling, shade, touch, and has no strength reduction.    4. No irritating odor, non-toxic, no allergic reaction with skin.

Application：

Padding：Efunsion PLZ 100-150g/L Liquor pick up approx.70-80

Mixing opration：At first swing in with a spot of water(70%-80%),and then add Efunsion PLZ to needed. Then adjust the pH value 4.0-5.0 with NaOH or ammonia.You should use this confected solution in 8 hours.

Technique : Fabric → 2 times padding → Drying(100-120°C)→ Curing（190-205°C×40-90s）

Attention point：1. Experimentalize when add other auxiliary agents. 2. Curing temperature must be controlled strictly, or it will influence flame retardant efficiency. 3. For some special dyestuff, it must test the changing of color shade before production.

Package：

50 kg or 125kg plastic barrel

Storage：

If stored properly in its original sealed packaging the shelf life is at least 12 months.Storage temperature at 0- 40 °C will cause an increase of the color number.Once the package barrel is opened, it should be used as soon as possible, if not, please seal the left well.
