Evodyin fixing CHG

Characteristic：

Evodyin fixing CHG is a formaldehyde free after-treatment agent for improving the wet fastness properties of reactive dyes and direct dyes.

Nature：         Aqueous solution of polyquaternary compounds

Appearance： Yellowwish liquid

Ionicty：         Cationic

Solubility：     Easily soluble in water

pH value：      6.0-7.0

Characteristics：

1.Evodyin fixing CHG improves the wet fastness properties of reactive dyeings and prints. It also improves the storage stability of reactive dyeings,which under humid conditions tend to undergo hydrolysis, adversely affecting the wet fastness properties.

2.Evodyin fixing CHG does not significantly affect the shade of reactive dyeings. Nor does treatment with Evodyin fixing CHG affect the fabric handle.

3.Formaldehyde free and environment friendly.

Application：

1.Padding：Evodyin fixing CHG 10-50g/L

2.Dipping：Evodyin fixing CHG 1.0-5.0%

Storage：

If stored properly in its original sealed packaging the shelf life is at least 12 months.Storage temperature at 0- 40 °C will cause an increase of the color number.Once the package barrel is opened, it should be used as soon as possible, if not, please seal the left well.

We know of no ill effects that could have resulted from using this product for the purpose for which it is intended and from processing it in accordance with the current practice. According to the experience we have gained up to now and other information at our disposal, the product does not exert any harmful effects on health, provided that it is used properly, due attention is given to the precautions necessary for handling chemicals, and the information and advice given in our Safety Data Sheet are observed.。
