Efunsion MUV

Characteristic：

Efunsion MUV is suitable for the fiber which contains –OH. It can strengthen the shielded ability of sports wear, beach wear, swimming wear, leisure wear ( T-shirt, cap,and etc), career wear, and tent, sun-umbrella and so on. Anti-ultraviolet rays finishing agent Efunsion MUV is contained of ultraviolet rays absorbent and special softner.

Appearance： White viscous liquid

Ionicty：         Nonionic

Solubility：     Easily soluble in 60℃ water

pH ：               6.0-7.0

Characteristics：

1.Formed covalent bond with fiber and excellent in anti UV

2.Less influence on color shade

3.Durable agent , resistant to washing, lighting and ironing

Application：

1.Padding：Efunsion MUV 50.0-120.0g/L,Temperature above 60℃,Liquor pick up approx.80%

2.Dipping：Liquor ratio 8:1 – 10:1,Efunsion NUV 4.0-6.0%,Temperature above 60℃,Time 20-30min

60 kg plastic bucket

Storage：

If stored properly in its original sealed packaging the shelf life is at least 12 months.Storage temperature at 0- 40 °C will cause an increase of the color number.Once the package barrel is opened, it should be used as soon as possible, if not, please seal the left well.
