Anti-bacterial Yarns

In order to meet the needs of antibacterial fabric in market, EVO team develops new product-anti-bacterial yarn.

Anti-bacteria yarn researched by EVO is functional yarn which is made by fiber modification and melt spinning. The main theory is to add nano-silver ion antibacterial masterbatch into fiber forming polymer to melt. The yarn made by high temperature spinning has antibacterial effect and is used in socks, underwear and other fabrics. 

The new product has the characters of persistence effect, no migration and widely used in multiple fiber, non-resistance, what’s more important, it is safe and non-toxic, no harm to body and skin, at the same time, the yarn is no adverse impact on the environment.

Based on technology research, EVO can make more modified fibers into yarn and develop more use of modified fiber.

1.      Hot yarn/Cool yarn, add hot or cool masterbatch into fiber, then produce hot yarn or cool yarn by melt spinning, have the effect of warm in winter and cool in summer.

2.      Flame retardant yarn, improve disadvantage of limited responding time by coating flame retardant to surface of fiber, textile made by flame retardant yarn has more obvious and lasting flame retardant effect.

3.      Physiotherapy yarn, Germanium can relieve fatigue, prevent anemia and promote metabolism. Add Germanium into yarn, fabric made by the yarn can give health regulation to human body.
